"My hat goes off to Chef Roache. 
  His "creation" of fine dining is truly an experience.  I was so wonderful to actually be introduced to such a different culinary delight.  Chef Roache's dishes can only be described as "teasing your tongue!"  Once the first bite goes into your mouth, the magic begins..."Is it spicy, sweet, or tart?"  Then you close your eyes and realize it is all three doing acrobatics in your mouth.  Before you know it you scream outloud "WOW"!  But it doesn't stop there; next comes the 2nd course, then the 3rd, and the 4th....!  After the dessert, your palate, stomach and soul are well satisfied, but your heart is saddened because the experience is over!
  Bravo Chef Roache for excellence in culinary arts!"
